Ruma Rane-Kajwadkar DDS

Dr. Ruma Rane-Kajwadkar DDS is an experienced endodontist. In a short span of time, Dr. Rane has developed a strong referral base from central, south, and north Austin. Dr. Rane specializes in single visit endodontic treatments, retreatments, apexification, and apical surgeries.

Dr. Rane grew up in Mumbai, India, where she completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery in 2007. She worked in Mumbai as a general dentist for 5 years, before moving to Ann Arbor, MI to pursue her Masters in Endodontics, which she completed in 2016.

Dr. Rane is committed to providing her patients with the best endodontic care and ensures patient comfort and satisfaction. She has developed expertise in root canal treatments using state-of-the-art technology. She continually strives to further advance her knowledge through research and ongoing continuing dental education. She is a board eligible candidate for the American Board of Endodontics and plans on becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in the near future. She currently maintains memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Endodontics (AAE), the Michigan Dental Association (MDA), and Michigan Association of Endodontics (MAE), as well as the Washtenaw District Dental Society (WDDS).

Dr. Rane and her husband are excited to be back in Austin with their children. She also loves playing badminton in her free time – a sport she has played professionally and won state championships.
